Refund Policy

A match pack (for example Match Pack 300) buys a search for up to the stated number of additional creators matched to your brand. Depending on your niche, the search can finish below that number.

If we deliver fewer creators than the stated number, the shortfall is refunded automatically and pro rata: you pay only for what was actually delivered. You do not need to request this refund.

Creators that were already delivered to your list stay in your list, even after a refund. We never claw back delivered results.

A full refund cancels only the unused portion of the pack's discovery credits. Credits that were already spent on delivered matches are not affected, and a refund on one purchase never blocks or reduces another purchase.

For purchases from Korea, the pack search starts immediately after payment, and you agree to this immediate start at checkout. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, once fulfillment has started your right of withdrawal is limited to the portion that has not yet been fulfilled.

The automatic shortfall refund above applies in all cases, regardless of withdrawal.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end. Where required by law, statutory refund rights are honored.
