These terms govern your use of Content Architect, operated by Ironact, Inc. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws, including the platform policies of any network you advertise on or connect (e.g. Meta, Instagram). You are responsible for the accounts, content, and outreach you manage through the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, violate third-party rights, or breach the terms of connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that do so.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironact, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
